Can I cancel my order?

We only have a very small window to cancel your order once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel the order once this has been packed or dispatched.


Can I exchange my order?

Full instructions on how to return your item for an exchange are detailed in the paperwork enclosed in your parcel. If your requested size/colour is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Can I have my order delivered to another country?

To find out if we deliver to your country, please look to see if it is an option in the delivery countries drop down. If you do not see your delivery destination we are unable to deliver to this country. Here is a full list of countries we deliver to and estimated delivery times.


Can I change my address after placing an order?

We only have a very small window to amend your address once an order has been placed. We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been packed or dispatched. We are also unable to change delivery countries for any order.

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to change the address for you.


Can I change my order?

We are unable to change orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 28 days for a full refund.


Can I remove an item from my shopping bag?

Items that have been placed within your shopping bag can be removed at any point prior to completing the checkout process. To do this click the bag icon in the top right hand corner of the page, then click the 'X' button next to the item you wish to remove.

Delivery

Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and various other countries.

If you do not qualify for free delivery, any delivery charges due will be specified during the checkout once your delivery address has been entered.


Will I have to pay customs or duty?

For orders over $800 you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges. Please note, the value of $800 is the total order value before promotions or discounts have been applied.


Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We do not offer a gift wrapping service.


Can I have my order delivered to a business address?

We do deliver to business addresses, providing the details are entered within the delivery section of your order and that the address is considered a safe and secure.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your parcel once it has been delivered to your selected address.

Returns

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

If your requested size/colour is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.


Why have I not been refunded correctly?

If you believe that your refund has been processed incorrectly, please contact us so we can help you.


Why haven't I had my refund or exchange?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will email you. If you have not received this email within 10 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse, please contact us.


How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.


Where do I send my return to?

Please send your return to the address as shown on your returns form; you have 28 days to return your order from the date of delivery.

If you have lost your Returns Form, you can download a new returns form. UK returns, USA & Canada returns, Australia returns

Please note: The address on the UK return form is on the second page of the PDF file.

Why is my email address not recognised?

It may be because the details have been entered incorrectly. Please check the email address has been entered correctly in both fields. If you are still having problems, please contact us.


Do I need an account to order?

No, you do not need to register an account to place an order. On the checkout page, please select 'Continue as a Guest' to complete your purchase.


Why can't I sign into my account?

Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered your account and that you are on your country specific website. If you have forgotten your password, just type your email address in to the 'Forgotten your Password' box on the sign-in page. You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to My Account.

If you are still unable to sign into your account, please contact us or check out as a guest.


How do I sign up to your newsletter?

Please enter your email address in the Newsletter Signup section of our website. This can be found at the bottom left of the page.


Can I create a credit account?

We do not offer the option of a credit account on our website.


How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Please contact us quoting 'unsubscribe' in the 'your message' box. We will remove you from our newsletter distribution list within 72 working hours.

All the music played in store is uploaded to our Superdry Soundcloud, this also includes all mixes used for advertising purposes.


Will Superdry sponsor my charity event?

Many great causes contact us each year and although we would love to support them all, we have chosen to partner with a few key charities and local community programmes. This enables us to make a more focussed contribution to these charities and a more significant contribution to their causes.

Requests for sponsorship can be sent to community@supergroup.co.uk but we are unable to support those which are not associated with our keys charities or local community programmes.
